The Chairman of Africa World Media Ltd Dr David Nyekorach-Matsanga has threatened to publically disclose and shame the businessman funding trips of Non Profit Organizations (NGOs) into The Hague and Dubai where they meet officials of the International Criminal Court (ICC), to fabricate new evidence against Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta in the Post-Election Violence 2008 case.
Citing the Africa Centre for Open Governance (AFRICOG) and KITUO CHA SHERIA as the NGOs involved, Dr Matsanga vowed to fight and defeat them in the ICC case against Kenya. “As long as I live, I will fight these agencies internationally and defeat them at the ICC,” he vowed in his latest press release emailed to The London Evening Post.
According to previous statements and commentaries on the case by Matsanga who is an amicus curiae to the ICC, the two Kenyan organizations have been implicated as agencies involved in coaching and procuring witnesses to present flawed evidence in the PEV 2008 against Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Vice William Ruto and journalist Arap Sang. He reiterated that the organizations now on a downward trend work with one powerful businessman in Kenya to find fault where there is none.
He alleged that the Chief Prosecutor of ICC, Fatou Bensouda and a family member have met the undisclosed Kenyan businessman several times in Dubai and London discussing chances of restarting a case against President Uhuru. He confessed that on his recent trip to The Hague, he saw what he described as “some malcontents” of Kenyan civil society who have been busy compiling fresh evidence to incriminate the President of Kenya in the ICC case. He complained that the organizations work to fix the case with false evidence instead of offering legal aid and legal advice to the poor and the marginalized in Kenya which they claim to stand for.
